A. The defendant A, B, C, and D are jointly and severally 354,569,881 won and 238,93,809 won among them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Each of the loans and guarantees in this case, the former North Korea Mutual Savings Bank (hereinafter “former North Korea Mutual Savings Bank”) concluded a credit transaction agreement with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) as listed below, and loaned the same day (hereinafter “each of the loans in this case”), Defendant B, C, D, E, and F (hereinafter “Defendant F”) jointly and severally guaranteed obligations under each of the credit transaction agreements with Defendant A for the former North Korea Mutual Savings Bank.

B. On April 1, 2009, the Defendant (mutual name prior to the change: Incorporated Reorganization Corporation) transferred the instant loan claims from the former North mutual savings bank on April 1, 2009 by the Financial Services Commission. On June 8, 2009, the former North mutual savings bank notified the Defendant A of the fact that the former mutual savings bank transferred the instant loan claims.

A loan claim of this case with the principal and interest of each of the instant loan claims of this case is KRW 38,93,809 and KRW 115,636,072 in total, and KRW 354,569,881 in total, and KRW 542,208,734 in total, as of May 31, 201, and KRW 278,236,634 in total, KRW 820,445,368 in total, and KRW 820,434 in interest and delay damages as of May 11, 2010, and KRW 338,93,809 in interest and delay damages as of May 11, 2010, KRW 338,93,809 in total, KRW 118,421, KRW 357,575,721 in total, and KRW 15,195.
