A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Power of crime] The Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 7 million by the same court on January 23, 2017 at the Suwon Friwon on May 30, 2008 as a crime of violation of road traffic law (driving), etc. on March 21, 2012, a fine of KRW 2 million in the same court as the same crime, and a fine of KRW 7 million in the same court on the same day.
