Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2013, around 00:08, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 100m a blood alcohol concentration of 0.127%, while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 100m adverse alcohol concentration of 0.127% at the right side of the North Korean summit located in the same Dong and Dong in front of the French-dong in Ansan-si.
