A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From March 27, 2009 to January 21, 2013, the Defendant is a person who has worked as a person in charge of credit at the D points of Gyeonggi-si Fisheries Cooperatives D in Pyeongtaek-si C.
1. On February 26, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that on the security of the Defendant’s land and building E set up in the name of Pyeongtaek-si D branch of Gyeonggi-do Fisheries Cooperatives (hereinafter “instant real estate”); (b) KRW 737,100,000; and (c) KRW 567,00,000,000 was loaned.
After the termination of the above right to collateral security, the Defendant was willing to forge the certificate of termination of the right to collateral security and the power of delegation to cancel the right to collateral security in order to raise funds for investment in stocks with additional loans from the Saemaeul Credit Cooperative
On October 22, 2012, the Defendant indicated the “real estate indication” column in the document form using a computer at the office of the Gyeonggi-Namnam District District District Office located in Pyeongtaek-si D on October 22, 2012, as the “1. F, G, H, I, I would like to state the “1st floor of 21.91 square meters at 276.94 square meters at 276.94 square meters at 276.94 square meters at 276.94 square meters at 276.94 square meters at 1056 square meters at 26.26.0, the Defendant terminated the registration: (a) the Defendant acquired a collateral security registration in which the instant real estate was completed on February 26, 2010 with the “Yannam-si Branch Office of Gyeonggi-do” located in the “Yannam District of Gyeonggi-do.”
Then, the Defendant: (a) using the gap in which K’s head office is not located at the meeting, the Defendant arbitrarily removed the official seal of the D branch in the U.S. on the book of K, and affixed it on the side of the above name tag.
Defendant continued to use a computer at the same date and at the same place, to indicate “real estate” in the letter of delegation in the form of a certificate of termination;
