Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.154% from approximately 5km section to the front road of the 1265 Government Police Station, from the 22:50 Sin-si of the Government-si of the Republic of Korea to the 22:50 Sin-si of the same day; (b) on January 30, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.154%.
