Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell or advertise guns by means of mail order under the Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, Etc. using the Internet, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 22:11 on June 29, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter to sell guns for the purpose of selling them by mail order by accessing “B” Internet site of “B” to “B”, and selling them to 500,000,000 won.
