1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) indicated the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, on the part of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 109 square meters on the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Facts of recognition;
