A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 02:15, the Defendant unlawfully used D’s name and resident registration number (E) by asking the Defendant’s personal information by a police officer of the Ansan-gu Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a 112 report, at the street in front of the stop place of the 540 permanent residence located in Ansan-si, the 540-dong, Hasan-si, a member of the 112-dong, who was sent to the scene; and (b) making use of D’s name and resident registration number (E) by asking the Defendant.

2. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On May 5, 2018, at around 02:30 on May 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arrested the victims on the charge of assaulting the victims, such as paragraph (1); (b) entered the “D” in the column for the confirmation of the confirmation document prepared by the police officer C; (c) forged the signature of D; and (d) immediately presented the said confirmation document to the police officer C.

B. On May 5, 2018, around 10:39, the Defendant committed the crime, at around 10:39, May 5, 2018, entered “D” in the criminal charge of the Ansan-gu Police Station and the F Team office located in Ansan-ro, 373, the members of Ansan-si, Seoul-ro, and the Defendant forged the signature of “D” in the column of the statement in the suspect interrogation protocol prepared by the slope G affiliated with the said police station, and immediately presented the above suspect interrogation protocol to the Assistant G.
