Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2012, at around 01:15, the Defendant driven a B B-te motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.075% at a section of approximately 150 meters in front of the shipping line fishing in the same Dong, located in the Dog Island parking lot in Busan, Daegu, Busan, for the sake of alcohol leveling to approximately 150 meters.
