A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant's information about the defendant is used through an information and communications network for a period of five years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant has the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the second degree of intellectual disability.

1. On August 2014, the Defendant: (a) brought the victim’s house at the home of the victim D (V, 85 years of age) who was permanently residing in SP on August 1, 2014, into the victim’s house through the shock net; and (b) entered the victim’s house.
