A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2, 2015, at around 19:50, the Defendant driven a B Lone Star car without a driver’s license in approximately 1 Km section from the front of the “National Bank,” which is located in the same act 422-11, Jungwon-gu, Sungnam-si, Busan, to the front of the “National Bank.”
