Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On October 20, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car on October 20, 2012:53, and driven the nd one lane on the right side of the F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, with the direction right side of the F in front of the F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul.

At the time, the Defendant was driving down on the road at the right side where the center line of yellow-ray was installed, and the Defendant was responsible for the duty of care to safely drive the steering gear and brakes in a state where he can properly operate the steering gear and brakes after he stops the vehicle on the side, and then safely drive the vehicle to prevent the accident.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to properly operate the steering gear on the right bend by driving it, and caused the Defendant to go beyond India by overcoming the center line as it is, thereby getting the victim G(76) who was seated in India and the victim H(77) who was driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, around October 20, 2017, around 13:20 on October 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim G to die by occupational negligence; (b) around 222, Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to the Hanyang University Hospital; and (c) caused the victim H to death of the victim G due to brain paralysis during medical treatment at the Seongbuk-gu University Hospital located in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and around October 21, 2017.
