In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

B On May 23, 2014, the Busan District Court sentenced the two-year suspended sentence to the 8-year suspended sentence due to a violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act by the Busan District Court. On May 31, 2014, the decision became final and conclusive on May 31, 2014.

The LAE is a construction company located in the head office in the Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City F.

Defendant

A is the representative director, Defendant B is the chief of the headquarters, and G is the technical director.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, in collusion with G, the Defendants did not pay 2,560,000 won of J’s retirement wages within 14 days from the termination of the above labor contract relationship, as stated in the attached Form No. 1, in collusion with G, as well as the payment of each of the nine workers’ wages within 14 days from the termination of each labor contract relationship, as stated in the detailed statement of wages in arrears, in collusion with G, from April 21, 2013 to June 5, 2013.
