Details of the disposition

On August 22, 2012, the Plaintiff entered the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (hereinafter referred to as the "Myanma") as a foreigner with the nationality of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (hereinafter referred to as the "Myanma") visa for short-term visits (H

The Plaintiff continued to stay in the Republic of Korea and engaged in job-seeking activities at “B” at the place of business, which was located at the time when he/she was living in the Republic of Korea. From February 2013, the Plaintiff was discovered on March 21, 2013 while engaging in job-seeking activities at the place of business, “D” located in Yangju-si, and was discovered on March 21, 2013.

Accordingly, on March 21, 2013, the head of the Yangju Immigration Office issued a protective order to the plaintiff, and accepted the plaintiff at the etern internment camp, and issued a deportation order to the plaintiff on the following day.

On May 24, 2013, the Plaintiff filed an application for refugee status against the Defendant on May 24, 2013 while being detained in a detention facility under the deportation order as above.

On November 11, 2013, the Defendant issued a non-recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that there was no “probably-founded fear of persecution” (see Article 2 subparag. 3 of the Immigration Control Act (amended by Act No. 11298, Feb. 10, 2012); Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees; Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees).

The Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice on December 13, 2013, but was dismissed on April 11, 2014.

[Based on the basis of recognition] The plaintiff asserted the legitimacy of the disposition of this case as a whole, as a relative (Chin relative) as a fluorian of Myanmar, and its missionary work and parliamentary activities in the area of the North Dgton of the Dominon of Myanmar and the North Dgon of the North Dgon of the Dominon of Myanmar.

In 2010, the Plaintiff was subject to investigation and warning by the Ministry of Myanmar Police and the Department of Gun in the suspicion that the Plaintiff slandered the king twice. On August 201, 201, the Plaintiff was subject to violence from the degree of influence in name, and on November 201, the Plaintiff was named.
