A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 61]

1. Larceny;

A. On November 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at entertainment taverns where the trade name in leisure clubs located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown; (b) using the gap where the surrounding surveillance is neglected; (c) taken off a bank Non-C (D) card owned by the victim C from the Handbag on the part of the Handbag; and (d) stolen it.

B. At around 06:00 on November 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed soup a set of so-called “F” in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; (b) taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim G was set up and locked the mobile phone device on the side; and (c) took advantage of the gap in which the victim G was set up and locked, the Defendant stolen it with one 3 smartphones when the market price

C. On December 1, 2012, the Defendant 1-B, with a new wall diameter 1-B.

In the same place as Paragraph 1, the victim H used the gap where the victim H gets divingd by the mobile phone apparatus, and stolen them with one Samsung Card(I) and one new physical card(J) owned by the victim.

On December 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made soup a set of so called “K” L located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 1, 2012; (b) made soup using the gaps where the victim M was placed adjacent to the mobile phone device, and stolen the victim’s market price with one mobile phone device.

E. Around 19:00 on December 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant, using a gap in the surrounding surveillance neglected; (b) based on one wallet owned by the Victim P; (c) one head of Tong; (d) one head of Tong; and (e) one fluor of a new flab; and (e) one flab of a new flab card.

2. On November 29, 2012, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 37,500 from R in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (b) around November 23:30, 201; and (c) 1-A.

As stated in the paragraph, the stolen C used a stolen credit card by settling the payment with the KFC card.

The Defendant along with this, from the above date to December 11, 2012, over a total of 25 times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form.
