A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 29, 2016, the Defendant driving a vehicle with alcohol content of about 0.205% at a section of about 3 kilometers before the Gu-U.S. post office located in the city-U.S. in front of the mutual influence-dong in the Gu-U.S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S.
2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with soflurd C, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
On November 29, 2016, the Defendant, around 01:05, proceeded in front of the post office of the Gu-U.S. located in the Si-U.S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S.. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S. Si-S.
At night and at the same time, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a three-distance intersection where signal lights are installed, has a duty of care to see the front door and to keep the signal and prevent the shock with other vehicles.
Nevertheless, as stated in Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) the victim D(30 years old) who passed through the intersection with a view to having difficulty in driving normally due to influence of drinking, such as a rhythm and flafing red and so on; (b) the part of the left-hand left-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-on of the E-nat-car driven by the victim D (hereinafter 30 years old) who met the above part of the E-nat-house operated by the victim D for about two weeks, requiring approximately two-day medical treatment; (c) the victim F., who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle (hereinafter 22 years old), suffered injury such as sat-out and sat-out in need of two-day medical treatment for about two weeks; (d) the victim’s 2-day treatment for the same person as the victim G (hereinafter 20 years old); and (e) the victim’s eat-day treatment for about two weeks; (e) the victim’s e.g. the same 2-day treatment for the victim.
