Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for attempted larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on November 3, 2014, to a fine of one million won for larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on November 3, 2014, to a fine of one million won at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on December 4, 2014, two years after the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on December 4, 2014, and six months after the District Court of the Republic of Korea on July 31, 2015.

In addition, on July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on March 23, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence.

[2] On March 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the shape of the body of the victim C was not corrected at the 1111-7 underground parking lots of the first apartment site in Yangju-si, Yangju-si; (b) opened a door of the vehicle; (c) opened the vehicle and opened it with cash of KRW 1,500,000 owned by the said victim, which was kept in the vehicle; and (d) thereafter, stolen the vehicle with cash of KRW 4,471,000 owned by the victims four times in total, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time on June 11, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.
