1. The defendant shall pay 300,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from March 31, 2010 to the day of complete payment.

1. On October 29, 2009, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 500,000,000 to the Grand Construction Co., Ltd. for the interest rate of KRW 2.5% per month and the due date of payment on March 30, 2010. The Defendant guaranteed the above loan obligations of the Grand Construction Co., Ltd. on the same day.

The United States General Construction Co., Ltd. returned only KRW 200,000,000 among the above loans to the Plaintiff on April 8, 2010. As such, the Defendant, a joint guarantor of the above loan, is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the loan amounting to KRW 300,000,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 25% per annum from March 31, 2010 to the date of full payment.
