Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2019, the Defendant, while driving a BKan Airport on February 16, 2019 and driving a two-lane from the D cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu C to the F from the E side, was driving the H NNS car in the opposite direction and driving the HNS car in the opposite direction.

피고인은 재빨리 자신의 차량을 운전하여 피해자 차량 뒤를 근접해서 뒤쫓아 가던 중 K교회 부근에 이르러 피해자 차량 좌측 옆으로 앞서가려고 시도하면서 운전석 창문을 열고 얼굴을 내밀어 손짓을 하고 피해자에게 “차 세우라고!”라고 고함을 지르고, 다시 피해자 차량 뒤를 근접해서 전후 500m 가량의 거리를 계속 뒤쫓아 가던 중 대구 북구 L에 있는 M초등학교 앞 도로(N아파트, O아파트 앞)에 이르러 1차로에서 신호대기 정차하는 피해차량을 좌측으로 통과해서 그 앞에 가로질러 정차를 하여 피해자 차량이 진행하지 못하게 막고서는 자신의 차량에서 내려 피해자 차량 창문을 쾅쾅 두드리면서 문을 열라고 소리치고, 이에 겁이 난 피해자가 창문을 안 내리고 차 안에 계속 머물러 있고 또한 동승한 피해자 일행이 경찰에 신고를 하는 등 위기를 벗어나기 위하여 애를 쓰는 상황에 이르게 되자 자신의 핸드폰으로 피해차량 앞 번호판 사진을...
