The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to find the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse among the facts charged in the instant case, and to issue an order to disclose information. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to "defluence" and "special circumstances" under Articles 7 (5) of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to "special circumstances" under Articles 49 and 50 of the same Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
