The defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,00 for each of the crimes listed in paragraphs 1 through 4 of the Code of Crime in the judgment of the defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 23, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 2008, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 31, 2008.
On August 8, 2006, at around 04:10 on August 8, 2006, the Defendant conspired to receive insurance money after intentionally paying a traffic accident with B, and while driving D and D with freight cars on the roads near the Namyang Pungyang Port located in Dong-dong, the Defendant caused a traffic accident where E intentionally received the front of the said freight car, while there was no person who has injured the accident.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received an accident from the victim Samsung Fire Co., Ltd. as if the normal traffic accident occurred, and the Defendant, from August 8, 2006 to August 12, 2006, from August 12, 2006, from the H Hospital, from the victim who was aware of the fact that he was hospitalized in the I Hospital from August 8, 2006 to August 22, 2006, from the victim who was aware of the fact that he was hospitalized in the I Hospital, the Defendant received 1,170,000 won from the agreement and paid 236,110 won of medical expenses to the said H Hospital, and the Defendant paid 1,036,50 won of medical expenses to the said I Hospital.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, by deceiving the victim as above and deceiving the victim total of KRW 2,442,610 from the victim as well as by deceiving the insurance company total of KRW 24,793,870 from August 8, 2006 to March 29, 2009, such as the entry of the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
