A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant taken the victim’s bridge parts over 328 occasions from November 18, 2019, including taking the victim’s bridge parts, using the recording function of the mobile phone in which he/she was able to take the victim’s cell phone image, around 2014, around 328 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on the defendant's cell phone camera against his will.
