The Defendants jointly set forth KRW 40,074,215 as well as KRW 5% per annum from December 7, 2017 to November 20, 2020.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. Facts of recognition 1) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”).

) Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building (hereinafter “instant building”)

Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a contractor for the new construction.

2) As to the construction of reinforced concrete (hereinafter “instant construction”) from Defendant B to Defendant B

(2) On December 5, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into an employment contract with Defendant C and took charge of installing pit pumps at the construction site of this case.

However, due to the characteristics of the construction site of this case, it cannot be installed in advance the pit pumps before putting the pit pumps on the pit pumps, so construction of the pit pumps was carried out in such a way as to fix the pit pumps from the outer wall of this case after laying the pit pumps first.

3) On December 7, 2017, at around 10:14, the Plaintiff fell from the upper part of the pit pumps of the instant building into the second floor of the instant building, on the ground that the Plaintiff was a steel plate (5.4m in length) for the steel structure, which is a steel structure that starts up from the second floor of the instant building, and turned down from the upper part of the pit to the F, waiting for the assembly of the said steel structure from the outside part of the pit pumps, and the said steel structure fell from approximately 2m from the upper part of the pit to a telegraph pole, a telegraph pole, where the said steel structure is located above about 1m from the upper part of the pit pumps (hereinafter “instant accident”).

5) As to the instant accident, the Plaintiff received 30,864,400 won of temporary layoff benefits for the period from the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service to October 5, 2018 from the date of the instant accident, and received 8,030,000 won as a lump sum payment of disability benefits around that time. 6) The Plaintiff was wholly amended by Act No. 16272, Jan. 15, 2019; hereinafter “former Occupational Safety and Health Act”).
