Reasons
Basic Facts
The Korea National Housing Corporation, including the status of the parties, newly built and sold G apartments (hereinafter referred to as “instant apartments”) which are an aggregate building on the ground of each real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant land”). On October 1, 2009, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation comprehensively succeeded to the assets and obligations of the Korea National Housing Corporation and other rights and obligations pursuant to Article 8(1) of the Addenda to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (amended by Act No. 9706, May 22, 2009) (hereinafter referred to as “the instant apartments”).
(B) The Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Land and Housing Corporation”). H (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on December 15, 1996, and as of the registry of each of the instant lands, the deceased is registered as co-owners who own 68.92 shares of 279,028.1/27 of each of the instant lands (hereinafter “the first shares”).
Meanwhile, at the time of the deceased’s death, Defendant C, Defendant D, and E, the spouse of the deceased, were included. However, as I died on April 22, 2002, Defendant C inherited 5/9 shares, Defendant D, and E inherited 2/9 shares, respectively.
(In conclusion, the share of each of the instant lands is 344.6 shares in Defendant C2,51,252.9, and shares in Defendant D, E, E, 2,511,252.9 shares in 137.84 shares in each of the instant lands. At present, Defendant F is registered as co-owners who own 80.4 shares in each of the instant lands (hereinafter “instant shares”) 279,028.1 shares in each of the instant lands (hereinafter “instant shares”).
On July 29, 1981, after the completion of the instant apartment, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, including the transfer of ownership as to each of the instant apartment units, was included in the site of the instant apartment units in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as well as the instant land.
