On February 29, 2016, the Defendant driven B Poter under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.151%, without obtaining a driver’s license, at a section of about 30km in the direction of the 50km of Jindo-gun, from the third day before the third day located in the Godo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun to the front day of the high school located in Jindo-do-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, through the Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun.
