A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving freight cars B.

1. On June 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”), driving of the above cargo vehicles around 14:00, and driving on the two-lane road in the direction of Hongsung-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, with one-lane long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long-distance long.

Since there are vehicles on the front side of the defendant's running direction, in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and maintain the safety distance, thereby preventing the collision with the front vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the above duty of care and failed to maintain the safety distance due to negligence, and found it late to reduce the speed of D's low-income vehicle driven by the victim C(36 years of age). However, the Defendant failed to stop the vehicle but failed to stop, and received the back part of the back part on the right-hand part of the cargo vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim C to suffer injury, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about three weeks by occupational negligence as above.

2. On June 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act without obtaining a driver’s license. On June 15, 2014, the Defendant driven the freight stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) without having subscribed to mandatory insurance from the section of about 1km from the 1km front of the Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, to the roads front of the same red steel in the same fluorri.
