1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is a company established on May 14, 195 for the purpose of running civil engineering and building works, packing works, electrical construction works, and industrial facility works, etc., and the defendant is a company established on March 26, 1990 for the purpose of conducting the construction design business and the survey and investigation business incidental thereto.
B. The Korea Water Resources Corporation, a summary of the instant construction, intended to implement the “G Corporation (II)” (hereinafter “instant construction”) with the aim of replacing and improving old lines from around 2012 to around 2017 in order to stabilize the supply of water for the F Industrial Waterworks, which supplies industry and water for living, to the areas, such as C local governments, D industrial complexes, and E areas, etc.
C. On April 9, 2012, Defendants, H, I, J, and K, a foundation foundation, constitute a joint supply and demand organization with the representative of the Defendant as to the execution of the Defendant’s basic and shop design. On May 30, 2012, Korea Water Resources Corporation established a contract price of 1,992,40,000,000 won, and the service period from May 30, 2012 to 2013.
5. As of the end of 29, each contract was concluded, and the subsequent design drawings (hereinafter “instant design drawings”) was completed, and supplied to the Korea Water Resources Corporation.
Plaintiff’s construction 1) On December 17, 2015, the Plaintiff, L Co., Ltd. contracted the instant construction from the Korea Water Resources Corporation for the contract amounting to KRW 23,757,030,02, and the construction period from December 17, 2015 to December 15, 2019 (hereinafter “instant contract”).
(2) On May 2, 2016, the Plaintiff subcontracted the construction of a part of the sections where ground excavation is difficult due to the existence of roads, etc. to M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “M”) on May 2, 2016, which led to the pressure on the ground of the propelling engine formed by force using the voltage oil and voltage and tension.
