1. A person who receives a notice of enlistment in active duty service shall enlist within three days from the date of enlistment, except in extenuating circumstances;

Nevertheless, on January 23, 2014, the defendant delivered a written notice of enlistment under the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office to enlist in the military on March 25, 2014 from the defendant's residential area of 116 Do B apartment 116 Do 504, the defendant around March 23, 2014 to 102 Si of Chuncheon in Gangwon-do, but did not enlist without justifiable grounds until three days after the date of enlistment in the military service.

2. The Defendant, from August 2013 to February 2014, who was injured by the victim D (neither 20 years of age nor 20 years of age), was dead by:

A.
