Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on March 18, 2015, the injured Defendant: “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C (year 51) in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on the ground that “A” restaurant operated by the Victim C (year 51) was under the influence of alcohol to find a victim and talked with the victim, the Defendant: (a) on the ground that “The damaged Party damaged the Defendant’s building on the side of the Victim’s water level; and (b) the advertising balloon signboard installed by the Victim was put up for advertising at the Defendant’s shop; (c) the Victim expressed his desire that “I will am the same as the knife knife knifs, and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif.”

2. From March 18, 2015 to 03:00 on March 18, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s restaurant business by force, and by force, interfered with the victim’s restaurant business operation by forcing customers to feel uneasy by having the victim’s disturbance, such as making the victim take a large bath at the victim’s above restaurant with his/her own interest for the said reasons, etc., putting him/her out with his/her drinking, shouldering himself/herself, she was frighting to drinking, folding, and cutting down his/her water reservoir.

On March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 04:20 on March 18, 2015, at around the above restaurant, the Defendant: (b) laid the water tank in the victim’s possession, which was installed in the said place; and (c) destroyed the water tank equivalent to approximately KRW 9,390,000 at the market price by shouldering three of the water tank owned by the victim.
