If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2017, at around 17:05, the Defendant driven a bicycle for B motor device under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.081% in a section of about 150 meters from the 150-meter alcohol level to the 304 Gyeongnam Oil Station located in Changpo-si, Changpo-si, Changpo-si, Changpo-si, Mapo-si to the 304 Gyeongnam Oil Station.
