Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:55 on March 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a Brocketing motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 300 meters from the front of the frequency of ordinary people in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, to around 24, 115-gil, as the center of the Maldong-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu.
