Facts of recognition

A. On May 10, 1918, the F’s ownership transfer registration was completed in sequence on May 10, 1918, when D was subject to the assessment of the 337 square meters in North-Gu E-gu, Northern-si (hereinafter “E-U”) on May 2, 1913, May 10, 1918.

B) As to each of the lands listed in the foregoing paragraph A, G’s inheritors completed the registration of transfer of ownership due to inheritance on December 30, 1930 in their joint names on January 28, 2019, and H completed the registration of transfer of ownership on January 28, 2019 with the above inheritors on December 27, 2018.

C) Each of the lands listed in paragraph A above was merged on March 5, 2019 and became real estate 1.

D) As to the real estate No. 1 on August 19, 2019, Plaintiff A completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on August 16, 2019.

D) On September 4, 2019, Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to shares 54,720/139,230 of the above real estate.

B. 1) The status of use 1) The small field of cattle, which was called “M” in the Joseon Dynasty, was set up under the name of “N” around 1922, and completed the supplementary construction on around 1945 as an agricultural infrastructure that supplied agricultural water to neighboring farmland, and the Defendant currently.
