Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide goods or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto;
around September 2016, the Defendant invested each of the money with L and J in the Japanese Embrypt “K” operated by Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, to operate a private sports soil site. The Defendant raised funds by investing KRW 18 million in L, KRW 40 million in L, and KRW 25 million in J, and the Defendant paid the said funds to the “N” (hereinafter “N”) who is living in the Thailand, and who is not aware of his name, and caused them to build a private sports soil site server, operate and manage the site, and L is in charge of raising funds for the operation of the sports soil site, recruiting members, promoting the recruitment of members, and M, and managing the operation and operation of the sports soil site in the Thailand by sharing it with the operation and operation of the sports soil site, and performing the role of the Defendant, such as sharing of funds, financing, and operation of the entertainment site.
