Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Whether a thief is a criminal defendant at the C coffee shop located in B around December 31, 2015, i.e., 17:26 on December 31, 2015, and whether a victim E, who was located far from D, an employee of the said coffee shop, was a victim’s wall.
under section 14(3) of this title.

A. On December 31, 2015, around 18:19, the Defendant: (a) purchased bread from a victim’s name in Y in Yansan-si B; (b) presented one copy of the above No. 3334, 10,000, under the pretext of the purchase price of bread to the said employee; and (c) issued a stolen physical card after signing the member’s signature; and (d) avoided the Defendant from paying the purchase price of bread amounting to KRW 10,000 from the victim by deceiving the victim in the above manner.
