Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a dump truck driver.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall take measures necessary to have loaded freight covered and fastened in order to prevent it from falling off while driving his/her motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on October 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a dump truck with gravel lowered on the road because the Defendant did not take necessary measures, such as fixing the cover while loading and operating aggregate on the dump truck, at the narrow intersection located in Yucheon-ri, if around 09:40 on October 10, 2016.
