Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2014, between 15:40 and 16:30, the Defendant: (a) made it problematic to set a farmer’s house in the joint garden in front of the Incheon Reinforcement-gun Czera 2-dong, Incheon, and (b) made a threat, such as the victim’s, by taking up a hacker, which has been sticked to the garden, among the Do that have been in dispute with the victim D, and marking up a string, which has been stuck to the garden; and (c) marking up the hacker, such as the victim, etc.; and (d) making up the hack and hicked hick at his home, and threatening the hacker’s pension report at the end of each year.
