Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a string vehicle B.

When it is likely to obstruct the normal flow of traffic of pedestrians or other horses, drivers of horses shall be prohibited from crossing, making a U-turn, or moving backward the road by driving a vehicle.

On August 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 22:25, and led the vehicle to proceed in the direction of Sejong East-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the four-lanes of the front road D located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The location is a three-distance intersection where signal lights are installed, and the passage of vehicles is frequent, and it is likely to obstruct the normal passage of other vehicles when crossing the road or making a U-turn by driving a vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant violated the prohibition of crossing, etc. by making a right-hand turn to the right-hand turn on the top of the crosswalk at the time of the red signal at the front side of the road beyond the intersection stop line, and making a right-hand turn to the right-hand turn on the right-hand turn.
