Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving vehicles for a gallon that he/she owns.

On October 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the intersection of the Gyeong-ri, Gyeong-ri, Gyeong-ri, Gyeong-ri, Gyeong-do, at the 17:40 Si/ Jeong-do, and forced the vehicle to her from the west to the west of the west.

At the same time, the signal is operated normally, so the person engaged in driving service of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the accident by safely driving according to the traffic signal.
