Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 5,500,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on June 18, 2015. On September 1, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 5,00,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and 2 months for a suspended sentence.

1. On January 13, 2019, the Defendant driven a vehicle with C low alcohol level under the influence of alcohol level of 0.119%, without obtaining a driver’s license, on a section of about 10km from the border of Man-dong, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon to the front road of Man-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon. In addition, the Defendant driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.119% under the influence of alcohol level.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of a vehicle with C highest Pested Pest, driving the said vehicle without mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph 1.

1. Around 17:50 on February 25, 2019, the Defendant driving a vehicle with C low-speed without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 500 meters from the front side of the vehicle with the wife population D to the front side of the F in the same Gu E, Gi-si around 17:50.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of a vehicle with C highest Pested Pest, driving the said vehicle without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
