1. On November 29, 2018, at around 01:00 on November 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed the traffic card and the two market price of the chips, which is equivalent to 3.70,000 won, from the victim DNA, and removed the body of the computer owned by the victim D; and (b) removed the traffic card and the two market price of the chips in question.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2. On November 29, 2018, around 17:00 on November 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a traffic card in the body of a computer in which the victim owns; and (b) removed the two market prices of chips, which are equivalent to 3:70,000 won.

3. On December 2, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny, at around 01:00 on December 2, 2018, he/she: (a) removed the body of a computer owned by the victim and attempted to remove one traffic card and two mermochips from the body of the victim; (b) however, the Defendant failed to remove the body of the computer in his/her possession from the body of the victim to the police officer dispatched after receiving a report on 112.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property, and attempted to commit it.

4. Around December 6, 2018, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on December 6, 2018, embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own thought to have on his/her own, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring cash 10,000 won, which was lost by the victim I from the place, and returning to the victim, in the entertainment room located in Busan-si, G, and around 15:00 on December 6, 2018, in which the victim I lost at the place, and in which one resident registration certificate is included, he/she embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of the victim.
