1. However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send a physical exercise to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received 85,000 won from the victim’s passbook in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

On June 5, 2013, the Defendant, “(2014 Highest 409)”, on June 5, 2013, posted a letter stating that the Defendant, at the time of residence, sells Cheongbabab in the Internet’s website bulletin board, and false statement stating that “If sending KRW 100,000,000 to the victim F, sending Cheongbababab.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the victim's right to request.
