Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 21, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won by the Incheon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is the person who is engaged in driving service of B automobiles;
On April 7, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.105% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.105% on April 7, 2020, and was driving the 1891 grassland 1891 grassland bridge in Incheon-gun along the two-lanes of the above road.
A driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents through thorough operation of all-time duty and accurate operation of steering and brakes.
