1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff (Appointed) KRW 150,000,000, KRW 50,000 to the appointed parties C, and KRW 20,000,00 to the appointed parties D.
Reasons
1. As shown in the grounds for the claim in the annexed sheet;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum, and the part seeking payment exceeding 12% per annum out of the damages for delay is rejected.
