Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2013, at around 03:00 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant entered the 3rd floor of Busan Shipping Daegu B, Busan, as if he had no intent or ability to pay the drinking value, and ordered 2,200,000 won in total 2,200,000 won in Scarbus Co., Ltd. (35,000 won per hour).

The defendant was provided with the above two weeks from the victim D (the age of 45) who is the business owner of the above two weeks, and got the above two weeks by drinking about three hours, thereby obtaining the above two weeks and the above service pecuniary profits.
