Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2016, around 08:45, the Defendant deleted a number of files related to the business of a company overseas customer, etc. stored in the office computer, which was used by the company, from around 2 hours until around 10:45 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed the special media records such as electronic records of the victim and interfered with the work.
