When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the company who works in the company B.

On November 28, 2015, the Defendant driven a D wing truck without a driver’s license within a section of approximately one kilometer from the front of the company B, which was located in the Gyeongnam-gun, and was located in C, to the front of the same military site, to the front of the three-lane distance prior to the adjustment of efficacy.
