Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 20:40, the Defendant: (b) intending to take the victim’s bath and to display his hand in front of the main point of “D” located in Sinsi, Sinsi; (c) 20:40, and (d) intending to take the victim’s face in F-si operated by the Defendant, without any particular reason, while the victim was getting out of the said taxi; (d) her getting out of the said taxi, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s right face one time by following the victim’s left hand.

2. The Defendant interfered with his/her duties by force over 30 minutes in a way that he/she did not return the said key to the victim until the police officer called out after receiving a report of 21:10 on the same day from the said date, who extracted the automobile keys posted at the above taxi driver’s seat as stated in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender on October 21, 2013 due to the crime described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same Article, and was transferred to the police station located in the Seocho-si, Young-si.

피고인은 같은 날 22:55경 위 속초경찰서 1층에 있는 화장실 앞에서 같은 경찰서 소속 경장 G이 피고인의 가족들로 하여금 하의에 대변을 본 피고인의 바지를 갈아입히도록 하기 위해 피고인의 수갑을 풀어주자, 갑자기 함께 있던 같은 경찰서 소속 경사 H의 왼쪽 뒷머리 부위를 오른손으로 1회 때리고, “씹할 놈들, 죽여 버린다.”라고 욕설을 하며 다시 수갑을 채우는 위 H의 다리 부위를 수회 발로 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning safe guard of a police officer.
