1. The sentence against the accused shall be 15 million won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:54 on March 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was operating a Cbea cruise car and was staying in a written form at the time of resident residence, and (b) the two-lanes of 56 km points in the Cbea, Seo-ri, Seo-ri, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Young-gu, Seo-gu, the Cbea Highway, along the permanent residence on a two-lane; (c) the Defendant rapidly changed the temporary number E, which the victim D driving along the first lane, to another car.

Therefore, from that point of time until 12:01 of the same day, when the injured person changed the lane from the point of time to 12:01 of the same day, the injured person operated the one lane and the two lanes, such as changing the vehicle immediately in the front of the damaged vehicle, obstructed the damaged vehicle by driving it with the balging, cut off the damaged vehicle once in front of the damaged vehicle, and changed the vehicle from the first lane to the second lane in order to prevent the damaged vehicle from driving the vehicle, the damaged vehicle caused the left side of the damaged vehicle by the driver in front of the right side of the Defendant's driving vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a passenger car, which is a dangerous object.

2. The Defendant damaged a damaged vehicle with approximately KRW 5,97,543 of repairing cost, by shocking on the left side of the damaged vehicle in the same manner as the date and place described in paragraph 1, at the time and place as described in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property by a passenger car, which is a dangerous object.

3. On March 22, 2017, from around 11:00 to around 12:01 of the same day, the Defendant was driving a Cbera cruise car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.162% from the section of about 90km to the point at which the Defendant was permanently residing in G when residing in G from the front of the Defendant’s residence located in G during the permanent residence period F to the point at which 56 km from the downline of the Cbera Highway Highway at the time of stay.
