When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:20, repeatedly driven the CK5 passenger vehicles owned by the land owner within the head of Suwon-si NH Nongngngng-gu 37 NHngng (the station of Suwon-si) as the main place of alcohol concentration 0.209% (the result of measurement) during blood transfusion.
