1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

1. On May 20, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a basic contract for product supply with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) and supplied C with food materials until August 2019, and C did not pay KRW 181,319,000 out of the price of the goods to the Plaintiff. At the time of entering into the basic contract for product supply, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay the price of the goods to C to the Plaintiff within the limit of KRW 50,000,000. As such, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant for payment of KRW 50,000 as well as damages for delay.
